The breakfast, the chalet, the view, the staff, the swimming pool, the wi-fi, the bed, the silence, the air con, the weather, the waterfalls ....I loved everything.

There could have been a wider variety of snacks available in the pousada as it is quite far from the town.

Gostei de tudo, mas especialmente do café da manhã (uma delícia e com várias opções) e da localização (apesar de não ser próximo do centrinho, é rápido de acessar de carro e pudemos usufruir da beleza e da tranquilidade do lugar).

Poderia oferecer jantar, mas não tivemos problema pra nos alimentar dado que era rápido chegar de carro nos restaurantes e havia a opção de delivery, embora não tenhamos utilizado.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo na pousada. Ela fica retirada e por isso o local é tranquilo e silencioso. Ótimo para aqueles que querem descansar. Funcionários e a dona da pousada muito atenciosos. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

A pousada é linda e muito bem organizada, porém possui muitas escadas – realmente muitas. O atendimento foi excelente, em especial da recepcionista Patrícia, extremamente agradável e atenciosa.

O quarto e a vista são maravilhosos, o local é cercado de verde e repleto de pássaros, e o atendimento da Patrícia foi excepcional. O único ponto negativo é a grande quantidade de escadas até o quarto, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção.

Boa acompadacao, otimo cafe da manha. O unico ponto nao tao favoravel é a localizacao e o acesso ate o local. Mas a vista é muito bonita.

Locomoção até do estacionamento até o chalé e a lenha da lareira deviam estar úmidos pois não conseguiu queimar por inteiro. Ponto importante analisar se a banheira está com algum vazamento.

O local é lindo, dentro da natureza! Muitos pássaros e dá pra ouvir ao fundo o barulho de cachoeira. Quarto confortável, espaçoso, cama muito boa. Ótimo café da manhã, sendo servido o que foi solicitado, evitando disperdício.

O único ponto negativo é que a hidromassagem estava velha e com multiplas rachaduras, o que acredito que estava fazendo o nível da água abaixar com frequência, provavelmente deve estar vazando.

Estava chovendo e não havia guarda-chuva nos bangalôs para irmos para o restaurante principal tomar o café da manhã. Os pães do café da manhã vem ensacados, a apresentação podia melhorar e virem aquecidos.

Adorei a hospedagem! O quarto é super aconchegante, confortável e espaçoso, ideal para descansar com tranquilidade. A equipe também foi excelente: atenciosa, prestativa e sempre disponível para ajudar. Uma experiência muito agradável!

A única observação negativa é em relação ao acesso à pousada. Parte da estrada, incluindo a entrada, está bastante irregular, com trechos esburacados, pedras soltas e sem pavimentação, o que pode dificultar a chegada, especialmente para quem viaja de moto.

Um charme de Pousada.

A pousada é muito charmosa e aconchegante, cheia de detalhes que a tornam única. Fica um pouco afastado do centro, mas o visual das montanhas, o silencio, o cantar dos passarinhos, os cantinhos para sentar, apreciar e/ou meditar fazem toda a diferença. O chalé é uma delícia, muito espaçoso, uma ótima cama e edredom, bom chuveiro. Os funcionários tb são muito atenciosos.

A subida a pé até o chalé, mas depois que vc chega lá e vê a vista, é compensador.
