The sauna and the breakfast staff.
I had to go up the stairs with my suitcase by myself. No support at all from the man who did my check in.
Breakfast was regular very different from what I saw on previous reviews. The ladies were very fast and friendly, but as there were a lot of people having breakfast, they needed extra help.
Also the room that I stayed, had 3 different levels and I almost felt down when I arrived.
