Old school, lovely old building really nice staff , Only stayed one night but would stay there again . The shower was hot the fridge was cold and the bed was comfortable

This is an excellent hotel for a stopover on the way to Nice.

The hotel is in a convenient and quiet location, even though it’s close to the main road. There’s a large supermarket just across the street. One of the best features is the outdoor pool — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring!

On the whole a reasonable stay

A nice welcome in reception. A Lovely swimming pool and a good breakfast and good air con in the annex

We had some ants in the property and the room was rather small, the track to the car park could do with some maintenance or resurfacing!

Very good buffet for breakfast with a lot of different choices, eggs, cheese, yogurt, croissants, cakes.... Very good size beautiful swimming pool. Very nice welcoming people.

A decent local hotel, by the road side and a short drive from Cannes. There’s a nice pool, helpful staff, very good tasty breakfast & simple rooms with powerful, hot shower. Great little supermarket opposite.

I will bring my girlfriends and stay here again!

The building is beautiful and the pool is huge and often empty. The stay felt luxury and was worth so much more than I paid. The grounds and garden are quiet and relaxing - don’t be deceived by the proximity of the road, you can not hear it. It was absolutely quiet, and an older crowd. Just perfect. The staff are amazing and friendly, gave good restaurant recommendations, and care has been given to small details like fine linen (I am a connoisseur of linen), fluffy towels carefully arranged, good soaps, hairdryers, perfect cleanliness, free laundry, a coffee machine, free little biscuits in your room, an excellent breakfast selection including good croissants. There is also an amazing grocery store across the street with a wall of cheese, wine and excellent quality local produce.

Lovely little hotel with superb service from the receptionist Adam and his family.

The property is nice and picturesque, but the main positive point for us was the receptionist Adam who went out of his way to help us and make us feel welcome all the time. He was extremely nice. The room was ok in size. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower has a lot of power and the air conditioning worked perfectly which was great as it was very hot. The swimming pool was lovely and we made good use of it.

The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. While interacting with them, it was clear that they care about giving their guest the best possible experience. The pool is nice, although the water was a bit fresh (since our stay was in April)

The room was a complete mess. Run down and dirty; I think the room wasn´t cleaned for a couple of weeks. There was mould in every room. But the worst thing of all was the so called shower. It was a tiny room with kitchen, toilet and a small shower with dirty shower curtains in it. The tiny fridge wasn´t cleaned either. The towels were brown like dirt and smelled unpleasant. But the worst thing of all was that the owner charged us 10,50 for each breakfast we had taken which wasn´t even worth 1€.

Simple. Cheap, convenient....

Booked last minute as we had to move from prior place. This hotel is certainly dated, basic in many ways and would not have been at all our normal thing (normally we pay about 200 euro per night)... but that said the family running the place are delightful and that matters a lot. So I wish them all the best and if you are looking for budget accommodation and don't mind places that are more basic, then this works as a good base in Mougins.

Place is a bit tired, but they do their best. It's also close to the main road so not for people that want to "get away from it all"

The pool is peaceful and nice and the manager was very helpful

The breakfast was perfect for what we wanted. Fresh bread and pastries, yoghurt and fruit. You could also boil you own egg. Coffee ok not the best but juice and water available

You do really need a car to stay here as there is virtually nowhere to go on foot

A very welcoming friendly, clean and comfortable hotel with a gorgeous pool !

Adam is such a great and dynamic host ! He greeted us on arrival offered us chilled complimentary water and carried our luggage to our rooms. Checked if we needed help with any dinner reservations too. He made sure throughout our short stay if we were happy and made sure Adults supervised all children at the pool. The room had a humidifier and air conditioning , a small fridge and a really really comfortable bed. It was a great base for our night in Mougins and my boys age 11 and 13 loved it too. We didn't have the breakfast but were offered a coffee or juice on departure. It looks like super quality and value for Euro 9.50 per person. We would love to return.

Next time we might book a triple and double room or two rooms beside each other but it was high season and the hotel was fully booked so we just need to plan ahead !!

Exceptional

Pool is excellent! Being so close to the main road was a great benefit, but it was so quiet! Will stay here again when crossing the South of France. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
