Nice comfortable clean apartment. Great view. Big clean pool.

Would be nice if there were bigger pots. Also when asked for more wc paper and some other things, staff member suggested to buy more in a supermarket.

We stayed at this hotel recently with our two young children, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the balcony door in our room was broken. We reported this to reception, but were told that the technical staff had already left for the day and nothing could be done until the next day. This made us feel very unsafe. The situation got even worse. After returning from dinner around 11:00 PM, our key card suddenly stopped working and the door lock showed a red blinking light. We went to the 24/7 reception for help, but no one was there this evening. A security guard did his best to assist us, but even with a master key, the door couldn’t be opened. We were told the battery in the door lock was dead. My husband and the guard had to replace it themselves, and we were finally able to get into our room more than an hour later. Our children were understandably upset, and the whole situation was stressful and unnecessary. To be fair, the receptionist we spoke with the next day was very polite and took our complaint seriously, promising to forward it to the hotel manager. However, after following up twice by email, we received only a very brief and impersonal apology — no real explanation, no offer of compensation, and no refund. Given the inconvenience and the impact this had on our family, this response was extremely disappointing. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and reliable stay. While some staff were kind and tried to help, the lack of accountability and poor follow-up left a lasting negative impression. We truly hope the hotel improves its maintenance procedures and guest communication in the future.

We travelled with our young children from Spain to arrive here and be given an apartment with no air conditioning instead they offered us standing fans which didn't reduce the temperature of the room at all. My children were bitten by mosquitos if we tried to get some relief by opening the window for fresh air.. we were told that we could move to another apartment the next day but they couldn't confirm when it pull be ready. We lost time not being able to unpack or settle in and we instead decided to leave the next day. A very disappointing experience and the property have only refunded us one night out of the four nights we paid.

it's a very comfortable apartment, small, but workable kitchen, fridge, balcony. We have been coming to this resort for over 20 years! This apartment was well located with just a short flight of stairs to the garage.

As we age, we need more light. This apartment needed brighter/more light in the living/kitchen space.

The apartment was spacious we had 2 bedrooms and a lounge/ kitchen over 2 floors - 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. We had just about everything we needed in the kitchen. Love that it feels like hotel but with the freedom of self catering

We had no terrace. When I asked they said that the time share guests reserve and block out all the best rooms. So as others have said if you‘re not a time share guest you are made to feel a bit less looked after. You have to pay extra for everything like laundry, sauna, mini golf it didn’t bother us as we didn’t need use of them but thought it worth mentioning. Some things didn’t work in the room like a lamp and a coffee machine but the staff were really friendly and they swapped out the coffee machine immediately. It was overall a great choice for us as a family with 3 kids. As a 4* resort and for the price I think I would usually expect a little better

Rooms not cleaned daily Refused request for 1 extra towel. Offered to pay, still not interested!! Got kicked of sun loungers at it was 8pm. Mo where else to sit and enjoy sunshine. Air con unit in room didn't work.

I stayed for 6 nights and had the best sleep! So quiet, amazing views, very friendly and helpful staff! The Vieux Mougins is within an easy (steep) walk if you are a fit person! I had a hire car and parking was free and convenient! Everything was just perfect! I will definitely be staying here again🤩

Only one night, a family stayed in an apartment near me and the kids were wild, slamming doors, dragging chairs, yelling - very noisy late in the evening around 9/ 10 am. Perhaps when allocating rooms, consideration be given to choosing a section of the resort for families with kids!!

The reception manager (Svetlena) was rude. The other reception agent (Kaouthar) was very nice and helpful, but Svetlena (who confirmed that she is the main responsible) was not even asking us if everything is Ok (some facilities were missing or not properly working, bad smell in the WC, the water speed was very low, No phone to call reception...), but did not hesitate to charge us for "late checkout" fees because we showed up at 10h50 instead of 10, and that the checkin is at 4pm... We stayed for more than one week. Not sure I will return eventhough there is a huge potential for the propertly. Tennis court is old and needs to be renovated. The rackets we took from reception are very old and need to be renewed.
