The hotel is in a good location, a 10 minute walk from either the bus or train station. There is a major supermarket close by. The marina and main sights are in walking distance. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with directions. After checkout, my luggage was stored free of charge for several hours. The hotel staff also called an Uber for me.
The room was dated, but value for money. There was no lift, but staff helped with the luggage.

The property was everything we needed it to be - well priced, no frills, clean and central. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Nothing - obviously it's not high comfort or particularly attractive, but for what it is it does the job!

Good location, 7 minute walk from everything in downtown Faro. Friendly and kind receptionist who welcomed me . Decent value if you don’t want to stay in a hostel . Free coffee in the mornings
The rooms could do with a proper cleaning. Bathroom got wet after a shower and I needed some extra towels and it seemed to be an issue that I was asking for additional towels. The main guy (I think he was the manager) then took a disliking to me and was confrontational for the remainder of my stay. Made me a bit uncomfortable
