When we arrived, we had a lovely welcome with complimentary drinks, which was such a great touch. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast buffet there was a nice variety of delicious options to choose from every single day. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back next time!
The hotel was located in one place, and the room was down the hill, so we had to climb every morning to reach it.

The location is excellent. There are local shops for amenities, restaurants, and access to public transport within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast by the swimming pool was wonderful. The view from the rooftop was exceptional. Staff members were all friendly and very helpful.
The sink is too small and it's quite hard to open the apartment door. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Really nice view
Super dirty: the moquette, the sheets of the bed, the towels. The shower was having lumps of hair everywhere.
The breakfast was no good, not much food plus the sauces that were there looked really old. The coffe Americano was awful.
The neighbourhood didn't look safe at all.
