Staff were friendly and helpful, the location was close to bus stops and a tram link about 10mins walk. Food was cheap in the area with local shops about 10mins walk. AC rooms which were controlled by reception, some rooms didnt have light in the bathroom but overall.a.good average stay as we were out all day and didnt really stay in the rooms all day.
Cold turkish breakfast could have had some juices for the kids and more options...one of the rooms didnt have good flow in the sink.

Great hotel! Awesome location — everything is nearby, just a stone's throw from the center. The staff is simply wonderful — very attentive and kind people. Thank you for the vacation! ❤️

Honestly, the staff were very supportive and friendly. They also guided us whenever we needed help with places or directions. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. There were many cafes and restaurants nearby, and the bazaars were within walking distance, which made the location very convenient.
Everything was generally good and comfortable during our stay.

Hotel is central and in walking distance of the main attractions.
Pick up and drop off service is good.
Breakfast was not good. No fresh milk and no juice.
Booked room with balcony but they gave it to someone else. On 2nd day we could move there but we declined.
Day staff is good but night staff is rude and knows very little of what goes on.
