A really nice small family-owned hotel. Decent breakfast. Good location - all the main sights are only a short walk away. Nice vibe in the neighbourhood. Room was decent, bathroom a bit in need for renovation but clean and comfortable. A/C worked well.

My room was overlooking the street and it was very noisy, almost 24/7.

I really enjoyed the accommodation. A great option for its price. The room was large and spacious. The staff was friendly and polite. It was incredibly nice that we were checked in early in the morning before check-in time, although we did not expect it. The hotel itself is located on a fairly quiet street, 10 minutes from the metro station. Although it took us 20-30 minutes to walk to Galataport or Sultanahmet. There are many small cafes and a supermarket nearby. It was safe to get to the hotel at night The hotel lobby is beautiful, vintage, and the room is cozy. The water pressure is good, there were no problems with hot water. The air conditioner was working fine, there were enough outlets, The room was fairly soundproofed Breakfast was boiled-eggs, cold-cuts, there were local bread, cheeses, olives. Jam, tea, coffee. Okay for this kind of hotel. Unlimited water throughout a day

I would like more variety from day to day for breakfast, although if you stay for 2-3 days you will be ok. The only disadvantage for me was pilled bed linen and the slightly dusty curtains

Cerca de todos los sitios, muy bien ubicado. El hotel es como una pension en España, eso de 3 estrellas nada de nada, desayuno muy basico, siempre lo mismo, mucho queso, aceitunas, tomates, huevo duro y poco mas, olvidate del cafe. Esta ubicado en una calle estrecha, en pleno barrio humilde, muy cerca todo tipo de locales y puestos callejeros muy baratos. El primer dia nos sentiamos inseguros, pero nada de eso, segun pasaban los dias vimos la realidad, gente amable, simpaticos, nos ayudaron mucho y jamas nos intentaron ni robar ni estafar. Tampoco estuvimos mucho tiempo en el hotel, pero vamos, que solo por la ubicacion merece la pena.

No limpian la habitacion, no se si por un error de comunicacion, pero solo nos limpiaron un dia y porque se lo pedimos

Posizione ottima, vicino a tutti i mezzi di trasporto 10/15 minuti). Mezzora a piedi dal centro. Vecchio stabile senza ascensore con scale alte e scomode. Ambienti pulitissimi. Stanza molto grande per me e mio marito, con letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli. Aria condizionata e bagno perfetto con grande doccia e acqua calda sempre funzionante. Letti comodissimi. Staff gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare.

Riscaldamento della stanza troppo alto e impossibilità di aprire le finestre per cambiare aria. Colazione scarsa e poco variegata. Lo staff non parla e non capisce inglese e abbiamo avuto diversi problemi per capirci. Anche se è stato gentile e si è alzato alle 4 per aiutarci con i bagagli e ha organizzato il taxi per noi, il prezzo pagato è stato molto piu alto di quello che abbiamo poi pagato. La cosa però piu grave a nostro parere è stata che lo staff fumava nei locali di cucina, sala colazione ecc, durante il giorno .... e il cattivo odore restava. In una occasione siamo rientrati a sera in camera e c'era un forte odore di fumo dentro la stanza. Abbiamo protestato e lo staff ha negato che qualcuno avesse potuto fumare nella nostra camera (ha negato l'evidenza). La mattina dopo anche un'altra coppia si lamentava per l'odore di fumo e chiedeva di cambiare stanza. Ecco, questa per noi non fumatori è una cosa grave.
