Overall we were happy but we are not too difficult. However here are few remarks in which you could improve maybe:
dinner was very good (also salads) but was not very hot, sauna is quite opened to the pool - if you go naked, you expose yourself little bit to the hall when you go to the cold pool - I would suggest some privacy. Also the blankets were clean but not exactly snow white. Maybe for 4 star hotel I would expect this to be perfect.

Staff was so friendly, breakfast is very good.
There is no air conditioner in rooms, sound isolation is poor so it is a challenge to sleep at night.
