Doskonała miejscówka, wszędzie blisko, sklep Żabka 3 minuty, centrum w odległości kilku minut spacerem, balkon. Możliwość zaparkowania auta na terenie posesji
Bardzo mały pokój, zdjęcia tego nie oddają. Łazienka niestety nie do zaakceptowania, w brodziku ciemny nalot schodzący pod palcem, rogi kabiny- jak widać na zdjęciach. Po kąpieli cała łazienka zalana, cieknie spod kabiny z dwóch stron. Umywalka szerokości dłoni, można tylko spłukać palce.
