Dobra lokalizacja koło niedaleko przystani promowej i wyjścia do Parku Pienińskiego, dogodny parking bardzo fajnie urządzone pokoje, oraz infrastruktura koło obiektu, np przestronne altany przygotowane pod robienie grila, wypożyczalnia rowerów i co najważniejsze dużo przestrzeni. Jeżeli ktoś ma ochote na podejście do centrum to można spacerkiem podjeść promenada nad pobliską rzeczką bądz podjechać. W okolicy jest tez biedronka, parę minut autem
