- the location: peaceful, serene and beautiful
- quality of accommodation: lovely cottage with tasteful decor and highland charm
- breakfast: lovely selection of fresh and local specialities
- lovely facilities for kids: nice playground; safe and friendly environment
- the young lady that dealt with us did not come across that helpful or interested in her guests ( I felt like I was bothering her) which was disappointing in light of previous reviews of the property.
- could have done with blackout blinds/drapes in the bedrooms and a hairdryer in the bathroom
