Dobra lokalizacja, wypożyczalnia rowerów na terenie hotelu, restauracja i obsługa na medal, obszerny pokój, wygodne łóżka, przyjemny wystrój, udogodnienia: SPA, sauna, łaźnia parowa, masaże (płatne), pokój zabaw z kulkami dla dzieci. Na zewnątrz hamaki, huśtawki i leżaki, przyjemne miejsce na odpoczynek przed hotelem.
Woda w basenie i jacuzzi nie spełniła oczekiwań. Hotel sprawia wrażenie, że jest lekko zaniedbany. W łazience pęknięte płytki przy wejściu do kabiny prysznicowej. W pokoju gruba wykładzina na podłodze dobrze wygłusza, ale najwyraźniej jest zbyt trudna do wyczyszczenia - dużo nieestetycznych przebarwień. Szlafroki zmieniły rozmiary z L i M na S i XS. Jako hotel dla aktywnych, robiący wrażenie... nieczynny park linowy, nieczynna tyrolka. Cena posiłku w restauracji (80zł) wskazuje raczej na zamożniejszą klientelę, a utrzymanie czystości i jakości usług trochę odbiega od założonej poprzeczki.
