Apartmán v novostavbe, tichá lokalita, východ z izby na terasu na prízemí, čistota, chladnička.
Byty v novostavbe sa dokončujú, takže od rána počuť vŕtanie a búchanie. Po dokončení ostatńych bytov v dome to už nebude problém.

Čistota apartmánu ,parkovanie bezplatné, hneď pri vstupe.
Terasa z apartmánu je otočená priamo na bytovky okolo, hneď je detské ihrisko, vyjdete na terasu, (bez stola, stoliciek)a cítite sa ako vo výklade, keďže okolité bytovky sú akoby na kopci a apartmán usadený o úroveň nižšie, počuť hluk, psov, deti. Televízor je na internet zrejme, nedá sa nič pozerať, vkuse seká obraz.
