By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break groups not permitted. Bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 8th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party and our concierge hector was awesome! The countertops were dirty when we arrived and there was some open food items left in the fridge. Other than that, we absolutely loved it here and would definitely recommend. We were a group of 6 girls and felt very safe here. Gated neighborhood.

We loved this place and stayed at the house much more than we expected to! Get breakfast delivered, enjoy the chefs and have the best time!

We had a fantastic time and loved the home. Angel was amazing and he took care of everything we asked of him. The amenities were exactly as described in the villa description. The view from the pool and patios of the Sea of Cortez was stunning. We had beautiful sunsets and a short walk up the road gave us a great nighttime view of Cabo. The staff from the spa was wonderful. We went to Medano Beach and were treated fantastic. Golf at Cabo Del Sol was great. We went to Guss for tacos and tamales. This trip will be a great memory for our group. We would definitely stay at Villa Sonora again.
