Summary:
This stunning modern Mexican-style house has 6 beds, 6.5 baths, a game room, gym, hot tub, pool, outdoor areas, firepit, and grill.
Perfect for large groups wanting ocean views and relaxation. The villa is in Cabo San Lucas, in the renowned Pedregal development, a 5-minute drive to downtown. The house is within walking distance to tennis courts, Pedregal’s café, restaurant and Spa.
The Space:
The house spans 3 levels. The main level features 1 bedroom, a pool, kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The second level has 2 bedrooms, a game room, and a terrace leading to another bedroom, firepit, and gym. The third level includes 2 more bedrooms. Note: these last 3 bedrooms are detached from the main building and accessible via the terrace.
Amenities include pool towels, toiletries, cooking condiments, coffee for your first morning, free goodies, and more.
We offer free concierge service. Additional services available at cost: chef, transportation, grocery shopping, activities, etc.
Pedregal boasts a stunning beach for photos (not swimmable), but Medano Beach is just 5 minutes away by car, offering great restaurants, beach clubs, hotels, and a swimmable ocean. Though close to downtown, we recommend renting a car, taxi, or Uber as the house is on a hill and walking back can be challenging.
Upstairs pool is heated in winter, and there is a small hot tub available year-round. Downstairs pool its not heated.

Bedroom 2: King with private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: King with private bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Kind and bed sofa with private bathroom. Please note that this Bedroom its detached from the main house.
Bedroom 5: Kind with private bathroom. Please note that this Bedroom its detached from the main house.
Bedroom 6: Queen with private bathroom. Please note that this Bedroom its detached from the main house.

The first level is wheelchair accessible.
Three bedrooms are detached from the main building and accessible through a small garden with a staircase. They are very private and safe.

Villa del norte it´s located 180 ft away from the Mountain Club at Pedregal which features a Spa, profesional gym and and Fénix restaurant by Chef Cesar Pita. Access to the Restaurant is public, but if you want to use the Gym or Spa, please contact us before your arrival.
For outdoor enthusiasts, Pedregal provides easy access to tennis courts and a café where you can enjoy a healthy breakfast amidst serene surroundings. The neighborhood also boasts an incredible beach, perfect for capturing picturesque photos. While this beach is not suitable for swimming, the popular Medano Beach is only a short drive away, offering pristine waters, beach clubs, and a variety of water activities.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car, but taxis and Uber are also available.

I stayed here with 8 of my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party in Cabo! The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend to ensure we had an excellent time. We booked all transportation through the associated transportation company and it was smooth and seamless. The property manager ensured we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our trip, even provided a cleaning service in the middle of our stay.
Nothing beats the view provided by Villa del Norte!

I would recommend this property to anyone that wants the best amenities with a great view! I also recommend getting the chef to prepare meals. The service was excellent and the guys were awesome!

Loved our stay in Pedregal! The photos do not do the views justice. It was the perfect set up for our group of 9 and the house manager was great with helping us set up different activities before the trip and was very communicative. Would absolutely recommend!
