The villa is approximately a 5–8 minute downhill walk from downtown Cabo, the marina, restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the legendary Cabo Wabo Cantina.
The return walk is slightly uphill but remains enjoyable and manageable for most guests. Because Pedregal’s streets are cobblestone, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Guests with limited mobility or anyone wearing high heels may prefer to take a short Uber or taxi back to the villa.

Everything was great. Pictures & description are accurate. A couple of minor cleanliness issues. The front detached bedroom has rock walls that will leave crumbly sand if you touch them. Main floor shower also had a street-facing window with no curtain. We just hung a towel over it. All those issues were so minor that we didn't even notify the property owner. Can't beat the location, although the last hill is a little daunting if you're walking back from town.

The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well appointed. The design of the house made it easy for some people stay up late and converse without disrupting those that went to bed early. Beds and linens were comfortable. Excellent views. It’s really an easy walk to town but there are Ubers and cabs everywhere. I would highly recommend this property.
