Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
Extra person fees apply after the 18th guest.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.

This house was beyond gorgeous! Stayed here with 18 friends for my husbands 40th birthday party. We enjoyed the house SO much. The concierge was amazing, would respond within minutes. I’d say the only complaint would be that the downstairs bedroom AC wasn’t working properly, so I felt bad for the friends staying down there. But the concierge team had a Maintenance team out to look at it within a few hours of complaint, which is amazing service, although it didn’t get fixed, the next day they had someone out again when we let them know. The service at the house was amazing

We had an excellent experience at Casa Las Flores. The house was beautiful and spotless. The Cabo Villas Team made sure we had everything that we needed. We used the private chef service and the food was amazing! Angel was incredibly helpful!
