The home features six spacious bedrooms, including five luxurious ensuites for ultimate comfort and privacy. Four of the six bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and all bedrooms are private, ensuring a peaceful retreat for every guest. Three bedrooms also feature private balconies, perfect for enjoying the views or a quiet moment.
The chef’s kitchen is a true masterpiece, equipped with chef-grade appliances and sleek marble countertops—perfect for creating gourmet meals. Whether you're cooking for a crowd or just enjoying a quiet night in, this kitchen has everything you need. For outdoor dining and entertaining, the estate also boasts an outdoor kitchen, ideal for al fresco meals while soaking in the stunning views.
Spend sunny afternoons lounging by the infinity pool, where the water seems to blend seamlessly with the ocean horizon. Afterward, unwind in the hot tub, perfectly positioned to take in unforgettable sunsets. Conveniently located near top amenities, the estate is just a short drive to world-class golf courses, beautiful beaches, the marina, downtown Cabo and the Pedregal Tennis, Basketball, and Pickleball courts. Daily housekeeping is included, except on Sundays and holidays, so you can fully relax and enjoy your stay. Chef services are available on request.

- Large outdoor deck area with plenty of seating and a jacuzzi.

- Bedroom 4- Large Room with (2) King Beds, Large bathroom with walk in shower;
- Bedroom 5- (2) sets of twin bunkbeds for a total of (4) twin beds, separate bathroom with shower.

We had an amazing time! The villa was perfect for a group—every room has a king-size bed, making it so easy to share the house while still having plenty of personal space.The staff truly made the trip. They were super accommodating and friendly, handling every single detail we needed, including:Pre-stocking the fridgeArranging rides/transportationPrivate chef services & bartendingThey took care of everything so we could just relax. When we first arrived, Fernando was able to greet us at the home for a 9 am check-in, which was much appreciated. However, we were immediately told that the house key had been lost by the previous tenant. He advised us to leave the front door unlocked and just close the gate when leaving. He assured us he’d return shortly with new keys, but that never happened. He also mentioned the main floor central AC thermostat wasn’t working and that a repairman would come fix it. That never happened either.As a result, the bunk bed room, main floor entertainment area, and kitchen stayed uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. The pool had floating plastic in it when we arrived. Fernando said a pool tech would stop by later that day to clean and treat it. Once again, that never happened.Despite these things, we were easy going tenants. Ordering ride shares and food/grocery deliveries was also a hassle due to the strict security at the Pedregal neighborhood gate. The recommended villa driver was too expensive, and walking those steep hills was no joke.That said, the villa’s incredible ocean view made up for a lot. The gas grill worked great, beds were very comfy, the showers had hot water, & the kitchen was equipped enough for a few quick meals. The ice machine being out of service, was annoying in the heat when making drinks. A heads-up before check-in would have been cool. Still, the villa was a solid base camp for our group of 8 guys. Although a bit proud on pricing, Id stay again.

The house is exceptional and the house manager, chef and masseuses were so wonderful! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The house and the view was absolutely incredible. Beds were very comfortable, AC, showers, pool, spa were all in great condition and easy to use. Manager was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond.
