The property is charming with an eclectic retro flair. The young staff are warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful.
There isn’t really a coffee machine in the room. There is only a water boiler and powdered coffee😅 Fortunately, there is a patisserie around the corner with great cappuccinos🤗

Although free bicycles were advertised on Booking.com, there were no free bikes - the only reason we booked this place. Charged almost 20 euros for taxes( 2 pax x 2 nights) yet only charged 5.67 euros in another hotel in Biarritz. Dead plants in dining room and on window ledge outside our room. Decor throughout the building needs a major update - tired and grubby. Found a paper receipt and hairband under chair beside patio door.
