    Great hotel. Received all required assistance from Sofia and Lora. The towel warmer in the bathroom I initially checked in was not working. I asked to move me to a different room, which was done immediately. Slightly clogged shower was unclogged right after I noted that to Sofia. Breakfast was standard: cold cuts, croissants, bananas apples and jam and orange juice. Also I needed assistance with hotel reservation in Spain and Lora was able to assist. So overall great personnel and I felt I got all required assistance.

    We booked a basic room so expected it to be small, but all facilities were fine, limited bathroom space but all clean and comfy bed. Location superb. Parking right close by : try the St Eugenia car park right by hotel. Staff lovely; spoke great English and were polite and helpful. Good buffet breakfast

    Very good hotel in one of the best areas in Biarritz. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, walking distance from the main beaches and beautiful seaview make this hotel a great choice for a smart traveller.
