Really disappointing, run down and overpriced for what you get.

We only stayed here as our original villa nearby had double booked us, it was late and we were over being in the car by that point. Price was really high for low season and the standard of rooms, have stayed in places ten times nicer for less than half as much.

Foreign owner clearly does not care about anything but taking your money. We stayed 2 nights - one paid through booking.com, but still had to argue on the phone with the owner about them trying to charge me the full amount upon checkout (which was higher than the agreed price anyway), despite showing evidence that the funds had been withdrawn from my account already. Place was really run down, outdoor chair cushions look like they've not been washed in 20 years (too filthy to want to sit on). No hot water for 1 of 2 nights. Poor management.

Room was basic but nice. Service from the team is excellent Pool excellent. Great size and the view is next level. Short walk to the closest supermarket for supplies like food and beverages as selection was limited

only got 1 towel each and had to repeatedly ask for pool towels. I was traveling with my daughter and we were in there for hours everyday. breakfast option are limited but we always got the pancakes which are amazing!!!!!! a little bit too far in town and it can be a long ride to Ubud central --- avoid rush hour it's a different kind ofCrazy

The style of the bungalows and the surroundings were beautiful

The lady who welcomed us was not friendly, although another staff member was better. Breakfast is only served from 8 am, and if you want to take it away you cannot choose what you get – it is very limited. One of the rare hotels where you don’t get fresh juice for breakfast, but syrup instead. The bedrooms were fine, but the bathrooms definitely need renovation, and there was very little hot water.

Amazing location with magnificent views of the jungle, very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, although not included in the price. I love the fact that they didn’t only offer standard American breakfast (I prefer Indonesian one, which they excel at). Restaurant has amazing view overlooking the jungle.

Lovely place in a nice location, but could definitely use a bit of upkeeping

The property is beautiful with a lovely view overlooking a small river and the valley. The room was clean and spacious and the location was a short drive from the main hub of town.

We were put in one of the back rooms as it was the only ones with twin beds. The door between our room and the room next door had a large gap so we could hear everything. The AC also made a terrible noise so we could not sleep with it on.

They even helped with the universal adapter to charge our phones. They are located at the perfect distance from Ubud market and other Ubud destinations.

Hygiene made it unpleasant, if it gets cleaned, will be a very nice place to stay!

The landscape - nature that the hotel is surrounded by is stunning, the pool looks nice among the trees, however the water wasn't clear and looked dirty. The hotel has nice big spaces, traditional rooms of big size and the balcony overlooking the pool and nature was great, however poor hygiene makes it unpleasant.

The room and the hotel areas in general were dirty, we found spider nets in our room between a hanging painting and the wall, similar to the bed side lamps The bathroom was very dirty, the sink, shower area, unpleasant smell of urine, the toilet was dirty. Even though the room size - the view was so beautiful the dirt made it very uncomfortable and made us extend our stay in a different property

one of the worst stays in Bali.

nothing was great.

everything from the washroom to the bedroom. very bad airfreshner was used whose smell was intolerable and couldn’t sleep in the room. staff wasn’t available, no phones in the room to contact reception, no one at the reception, WiFi wasn’t working at night, bed sheets were not cleaned properly and handed over we couldn’t get it changed as the staff wasn’t available. too many mosquitoes.

The place was really nice and relaxing. The rooms were big and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had to leave one day earlier as we had another booking in another city, but the receptionist understood the situation and gave us a refund. She and all the staff there were brilliant. We recommend it.

The room, towels and sheets were smelling a little bit like humidity. But we were still ok with that as we know it’s a very tropical weather and it is probably like that everywhere.

1. Ambient atmosphere outside the room.

1. No privacy was there in the hotel. There were 2 windows that were opened in the bathroom ( room no. 14). The other side of the windows is a room where the workers are staying. Windows are completely transparent and it made us to switch off the light and to take a quick bath. 2. There was water leakage from the roof top out of which water was dropping on our floor. 3. For the 1st 2 days, there was no hot water and on complaint, we got the needed. 4. We were offered with only 500 ml of mineral water per day for 2 persons.

Хороший за свои деньги отель. Не очень свежий, но очень красивый. Если хочется тишины - идеально.

Очень красивое место - природа, обустройство. Территория очень зеленая, много цветов, бабочки, очень тихо, вид на реку внизу. Номер тоже вполне комфортный, чистый.

Единственное, что не супер - это легкое ощущения закинутости отеля. Вода в бассейне с виду чистая, но как только заходишь, со дна поднимаются прям хлопья зеленые, явно давно не пылесосили бассейн. Это расстроило, т.к. мы были с ребенком и планировали прям купаться. Так же же в номере некоторые детали интерьера очень пахнут плесенью, например шкаф, куда точно нельзя ложить вещи. Или сетка вокруг кровати, пока была завязана было хорошо, но ночью мы опустили ее от комаров и появился сильный запах плесени. Я понимаю, что это климат и так далее, но все же это базовый комфорт в отеле. Мне очень понравился отель и если бы не эти небольшие минусы, то с удовольствием бы еще вернулась.
