Our group of 2 kids and 2 adults (Mum and Grandma) stayed 3 nights. We wish we'd stayed longer, or transferred from Kuta earlier. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with private pool, and felt the whole experience was restful and relaxing. The pool was lovely, and the set up of the villa with 2 separate bedrooms and an open living space was nice.
The property is quite secluded but does still have a bit of local traffic/activity noise as the villa is located at the front. That would be something to consider if you are fussy sleepers. However, most of the noise was actually wildlife-related, including some friendly frogs and birds. We found this quite charming and it added to the 'retreat' feel. The property is a little out of the way, only a short distance from the town centre by readily-available taxi. However, we noted that exploring on foot was quite treacherous for children and older people, given busy traffic and complete lack of road berm/pedestrain pavements in the area.
Great things about this property are the lovely staff, beautiful private villa pool, sense of privacy and tranquility, friendly wildlife, spacious villa, lots of hot water for showers, comfortable beds with mosquito nets, air conditioning, clean facilities.
The main thing to be wary of is the fragile plumbing system (very standard in Bali). But with correct procedure, things are fine. Also note that the self catering equipment is very limited. But who wants to cook on holiday anyway? Would recommend.

It was a beautiful resort so relaxing and quiet. Alot of steps but I think this is normal in this area.
