The Payogan Villa Resort and Spa Ubud

The staff were amazing. Helpful and going out of their way to assist.

A small renovation is overdue but it is worth not cosmetic and easily ignored.

This was a WOW property . We had a room With a private pool which made it very special . Our room was amazing and also included a bath which I did not realise . The bed super comfortable. If you are mobility challenged the amount of steep stairs around the property and to your room could be challenge . There is a buggy service on call to take you from your room to the restaurant and lobby if required Restaurant meals were lovely, happy hour drinks at the pool bar great . We also had the floating breakfast one morning and even though the idea sounds exotic it’s a bit of a challenge if you choose to have it in the pool, we chose to just have it on the edge. We loved our stay her and thoroughly recommend it

It is a fair way out of town, and there is nothing around it . The resort shuttle only goes at very limited times but they can organise a taxi for fixed price or you could use a grab . Ubud traffic is crazy so times going takes quite awhile .

Beautiful relaxing grounds.

Near the pool, they are doing renovations they need to put up a bamboo fence or something less obtrusive than the bright blue fence they currently have. The rest of the property is incredible. The gardeners do an incredible job.
