Good location, but that’s about it.

Friendly staff and great location.

The room smelled like mold, as it was closed by a long time. Also, although the room is very big, the bathroom is quite small and uncomfortable. Last but not least, the breakfast was full, and the options weren’t always available. The staff was not enough and there weren’t even sits for everybody.

not having dishes, difficult to get dishes and necessities. we booked this place because of the kitchen but weren’t able to cook our kids food when they didn’t want to eat out.

Very poor

The only good thing is the hotel's central location.

First, there was no remote control for the AirCo and when requesting support from reception, it took a very long time to solve the issue. When the remote control arrived, I discovered the AirCo wasn't working so I had to spend the night in a very very warm bedroom because the hotel was fully booked. Plus, the bathroom looked dirty.

Location

I always stay at Victory Suítes when I come to JF to visit my 100 year old grandmother. The location is one block away, therefore very convenient. The hotel overall is good, however it requires a stronger management team to look into details such as: chipped cups in the breakfast glassware, one the towels in the bathroom had a hole in it, the water in the toilet tank was brownish, the coffee was not hot during breakfast. These are details that can be corrected with better supervision. I stayed at room 1803 and the room is spacious.

Não achei justo cobrar o estacionamento , visto que não está “bem especificado “ no site que é cobrado a taxa. Chegando lá que fui informada que era 30 reais , e quando eu fui reclamar o atendente informou que estava escrito bem lá em baixo e nem em português estava escrito . Outra coisa , não tem mas serviço de cozinha para quem gosta de ficar no hotel e pedir por lá não é bom , eu não importei pq quando eu vou sempre saio para os barzinhos . Resumindo : se vai cobrar o estacionamento já especifica bem no site a cobrança , porque eu deixei de ir para um outro hotel porque este ficaria “mas em conta” e ao chegar somando com estacionamento ficou ate mais caro que o outro que eu gostaria de ter ido !

Estadia custo benefício sem muita exigência

Café da manhã excelente, ótimos aposentos, check in apesar de cheio na entrada, foi muito rápido e check out rápido também… piscina poderia ser um pouco maior, devido a quantidade de hospedagem que possui o hotel, porém nada absurdo de lotado. No geral 8/10

Banheiro poderia melhorar na limpeza, paredes sujas encardidas, falta de atenção nessa parte. Esteira com defeito, acho que deveriam ampliar um pouco a área de lazer pela quantidade grande de hóspedes. Banheiro da área de lazer mais limpo do que do quarto. Nos anúncios na plataforma do booking não fica evidente que o estacionamento é pago e não garante a vaga caso saia, acho que falta de informação talvez.
