Good price for value with good restaurant.

The hotel is clean and the service is good. Breakfast includes many items and you can enjoy different common Brazilian breakfast foods with your company.

The tv options were not good. Although they had satellite, the options were limited. The TV was big though. The staff could have been more sympathetic.

Excellent hotel in Juiz de Fora

This hotel is great. The check-in was really fast and easy, bed was comfortable, shower is perfect, my view to the park was beautiful, staff is helpful and polite and the restaurant has a great variety of things to eat with fair prices.

Wifi connection and speed can be improved, I had to use my 4G for a stable connection on my phone. Also, I didn't know (and forgot to ask about) the breakfast time, so when I arrived in the late morning there was only a few things to eat. Thankfully, a member of the staff shared some food with me.

A suíte era ampla, espaçosa e atenderam minha solicitação de ser um andar alto com vista.

O café da manhã foi muito fraco, apesar de ter variedade de coisas e os pratos do restaurante deixavam muito a desejar para um hotel 4 estrelas, principalmente por se tratar de um hotel em Minas Gerais. Também me entregaram um quarto sem shampoo no banheiro. Parecia ter poucos funcionários para o atendimento e na maioria das vezes todos muito lentos.

Somente a localização, porque o propósito era ficar próximo do Cascatinha.

Limpeza sofrível (chão do quarto de deixar o pé com a sola suja só com alguns passos descalço). Era necessário solicitar o serviço de quarto. E o frigobar não era reposto.O café da manhã não era minimamente bem feito. Suco passado. Pão de queijo com gosto de ovos. Café coado ralo.

Não foi a melhor pois aconteceram erros bobos que um hotel desse porte não deveria deixar acontecer.

O café da manhã foi a única coisa realmente boa e que fez valer a pena o valor da diária.

A limpeza do banheiro estava péssima . O ar condicionado do quarto não gelou mesmo no máximo o tempo todo . E o atendimento não foi bom pois solicitei na recepção um lençol e ele não foi entregue . Além disso ainda tive que pagar uma taxa de funcionário junto a conta do quarto , sendo que o funcionário do hotel nem levou o lençol solicitado.

Boa pedida na entrada da cidade.

O quarto é bem espaçoso e tem uma linda vista para o parque. O chuveiro é bom. O hotel possui tomada para carregamento de veículo elétrico, o que é um diferencial. O café da manhã estava saboroso e com muita oferta de produto.

O café oferecido na recepção poderia ser mais saboroso.
