Very good

The location was fairly good, we could do mostly what we needed by foot with the exception of dinner. The staff was very polite and helpful. The parking lot helped a lot since we took the trip by car. The breakfast was also very nice.

As we had to work during the day, there was the unfortunate sound of somebody outside singing what got a bit tiring after so many days. The soundproofing of the hotel was not the best and in some nights i could hear the TV or talking from other rooms.

Cozy rooms in the heart of Juiz de Fora with delicious food

Amazing location in the heart of downtown. Spacious room with big windows and comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing and it makes justice to the delicious culinary of Minas Gerais. Walking distance of everything you needs, including some of the city sightings. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a smile, no matter what time we walked through reception.

Superb accomodation in Juiz de Fora

Exquisitely placed in Juiz de Fora's major avenue and close to facilities and touristic attractions. Superb accomodation in an ample room, comfortable beds, excellent bathroom, nice toaletries. Very attentive staff. Nice breakfest, served in room.

Far, too far from the Bus station. Juiz de Fora is more expensive than other cities in Minas Gerais. Serrano Residencial follows the rule, but delivers plenty of goods.

Patient was absolutely marvelous

The Internet service was very poor.I was on the seventh floor and you can get Internet for a minute then it shut down ,you have to re-login it would work for another minute or so shut down so we just gave up on it.

Gosto de tudo. Ótima localização, quarto confortável, excelente atendimento, café da manhã muito farto e o estacionamento muito bom.

Não tenho do que reclamar. Por isso que quando preciso ficar hospedada em JF só fico no Serrano Residencial Hotel.
