The breakfast was excellent, good variety of everything! Staff fantastic, very helpful, polite and went to every table to ask if we needed anything else!
I would say that was the best thing of the hotel
The restaurant, well difficult to say , awful!,, The food terrible ( I asked a bread crumbled Tilapia and it was very dry , the presentation of the food on the plate also horrible ) furthermore they serve the food straight on the table without any kind of tablecloth or something similar! As the food was terrible next day we asked for a sandwich in our room! The worst sandwich ever. The bread was so soggy that it was impossible to eat with our hands. The hotel informed us that the restaurant service is outsourced

Location, the breakfast and the staff are still the strongest points of this hotel.
Near downtown, with an easily accessible garage. The staff is always smiling and makes you feel welcome, and the breakfast has plenty of options.
The room this time was not good.
There were no towels and I had to ask for them. The mattress was super hard and the AC was an old and very noisy model. They have better rooms than this one and considering I booked their top version, this was not acceptable.
