The location is good. Connectivity is good. The staff is good.
The buffet was below average. In this price range there are other options where they offer very good food.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Royal Plaza. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. One suggestion would be to have a bathtub in the bathroom, which would make the experience even better.
The breakfast was delicious, with good quality and taste. However, for a longer stay, there should be more variety. Around 90% of the breakfast options were similar each day, so adding more rotating options would make the experience much more enjoyable.
The location is absolutely prime, making it very convenient to reach different parts of New Delhi and nearby attractions.
A special mention to Rethika and Deepanshu, who were truly amazing. Both were extremely helpful, sweet, polite, and welcming throughout our stay. Their service and warm attitude made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and with a little more breakfast variety and enhanced bathroom facilities, the stay would be even better. We would definitely consider staying here again.
The main areas for improvement were the limited breakfast variety, particularly during a longer stay, as the menu was quite repetitive, and the bathroom facilities, where having a bathrobe would have enhanced the overall experience. Apart from these points, we were very satisfied with the stay, service, and location.
