The whole stay was fantastic. We were there celebrating an important wedding anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make our stay mememorable and really look after us. We loved everything about stay, the staff, the breakfast, the location...everything.
Nothing. Loved it.

The room was spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. Nice bathroom and shower.
The Imperial is a beautiful grand hotel and well worth a stay.
The staff were most friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing to add.

Location, cultural value of the property, heritage. Very warm and hospitable staff
Food in both restaurants are underwhelming and expensive. We had to send back plates and cutlery that were not clean. Hotel really needs to live to the promise of their name in every detail. Starting with food.
