Bertram and his wife is extremely friendly and helping in any way they can. He gladly took our very heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. There is a coffee machine and a kettle and fridge. The bed in our room (room with a balcony) was exceptionally nice and big.
I expected a hotel. Pictures and description on Booking.com is misleading. This is a guesthouse. Although the owners were friendly and the location is good, I expected a private bathroom. It should be clear that this is 2 rooms sharing a bathroom. Also, our room were never cleaned. We had to put out the garbage bag. Used the same towels for our 5 day stay, although it is a struggle in winter to get the towels dry. Although adverticed as city view, there is not much of a view of the city.
