Slightly out of the centre so nice and quiet, roughly a 20 minute walk to the middle of Bruges, but within the canal circumference. Clean, large rooms but very warm at night. A few mosquitoes around too, worth getting a spray (this was May).
Bedrooms were too warm, even with windows open and heating turned down.

The host was very friendly and we had a good sized room.
The property was quite a walk from the town centre, did not include all the facilities that were advertised (eg there was no bath) and there was mould in all of the grout between tiles in the shower and outside the shower. There were no tea making facilities in the room and we weren’t allowed to bring a cup of tea to the room.
