Todo genial, muy cómodo , limpio y la propietaria muy atenta.

next to beach! quiet and safe area. close to trum station. staff is friendly. clean apartment. good view from room.

very low amount of hot shower. boiler tank is very small. bed is small and traditional but it was ok, we could sleep. staff does not speak English but we could manage by using translation tools.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. La dueña Sole es muy amable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. La relación calidad precio en esta zona de la playa es de las mejores que se pueden encontrar. Además, admite perros, que es algo que cuesta encontrar en la playa de San Juan y que agradecemos mucho.

The location of the apartment is the highlight. It is on the 6th floor of a building, the apartment is at an angle so you can see the beach from the corner of the living area. There is a lift to the apartment. You can also see hills in between tall buildings in front. The tram is very convenient to travel towards Alicante or Benidorm though beware its super crowded all the time! The hosts were very responsive and warm. Kitchen was equipped with kettle, induction, microwave, coffee filter and salt. Bathroom had washing machine and toiletries. There was enough cutlery and kitchen towels etc to cook and clean. There are plenty of options for food nearby with beach cafes and restaurants every few yards. The supermarket Dia is within walkable distance. Its a gem of a place if you dont want to stay in the crowded town centre of Alicante yet want to stay close enough.

The apartment was smaller than I expected with single beds in all rooms (slightly inconvenient for a family). Beds were quite small and so was the bathroom cubicle (hardly fits a full grown man). TV didnt work though we didnt really bother as we were on the beach most days :) There was no coffee or tea which was unusual especially going from UK.
