Cozy Apartment In Alicante Alacant With Sauna

our host maya was exceptional. very good communication and was there to meet us on arrival. apartment is lovely. beds are comfy. clean. the iron wasn't working and they replaced it the next day. could do with a few more mirrors around the apartment and bins. the fan in the en suite room didnt work but it was ok. and the light in the other room wasn't working but the side lamps were ok. we had to empty the big bottle of water where the aircon drained in which wasn't ideal. as it was very heavy. felt like it hadn' been emptied before we arrived as it filled up very quickly within a day of being there but don't know as we didnt check on arrival. the pool and gardens are lovely but there were buildings with scaffolding which isn't ideal

El apartamento es tal cual como lo ves en la foto! Ubicación cerca de la playa! Instalaciones bien!

Que lo arrendar por un fin de semana, el viernes al llegar habían construcciones el el condominio por ende tuve mucho ruido de construcción y pues si la idea era descansar el primer dia no se pudo!

Tilat olivat hyvin siivotut ja puhtaat, paitsi ilmalämpöpumppu, mikä kaipaa huoltoa. Wifi toimiva. Sijainti hyvä. Kuumalla kelillä allasalue lienee parhaimmillaan, nyt keväällä vesi jääkylmää.

Laattalattiat ovat keväällä jääkylmät, joten varaudu sisätossuin. Helteellä se voi olla etukin. Osa sängyistä kovia, mistä selkä kipeytyi. Sauna on käytettävissä VAIN erikseen varaamalla. Emme varanneet, joten hinnasta ei tietoa.

The apartment is in the 1st floor of a building. It is a quiet urbanization & centrally located in Playa San Juan. It is close to so many amazing restaurants and shops. The tram stop is right in front of the building.

The beds are a bit hard and I would recommend for the apartment owner to provide sharp knife to cook and a new coffee maker. The one we got had a hold in the filter. I will also suggest to add trash can in the main bathroom.
