We really liked the location of the apartment — the beach view and the swimming pool right under the window were amazing. The area is very convenient and pleasant. We stayed at the beginning of February, and the apartment was nicely warmed by the sun during the day. In summer it might be a bit hot, but in winter it was very comfortable. We were especially happy to have electric heaters — this is quite rare in Spain and made a big difference. The apartment was warm and cosy, and the balcony was absolutely beautiful. We would also like to highlight the polite and professional communication from the management company — the service was excellent. Special thanks for the cleaning: we asked for extra attention as we were travelling with a small child, and the apartment was genuinely very clean.

What could be improved: The washing machine was not working properly. We loaded our laundry, the water filled up, but then an error appeared on the display and the machine stopped working, so we had to wash everything by hand. There is some black mould in the shower area. This is quite common in Spain, but it should be cleaned regularly — it is easy to remove with a special cleaning product. Collecting the keys was a bit inconvenient, as it had to be done at an office far from the apartment. However, we really appreciate that the staff kindly waited for us. The second bedroom with two single beds was quite uncomfortable — dark and cold. There is no heater or air conditioning in that room, so my mum had to sleep on the sofa in the living room, which was actually not too bad 🙂 It would be helpful to leave some basic cleaning products. When staying for a week, you don’t really want to buy them, but cleaning the toilet and sinks with liquid hand soap is not very enjoyable. Maybe we are just very tidy, and others don’t mind not cleaning during the week 🙂 It would also be great to provide dishwasher tablets according to the length of stay. Two tablets for seven days is not enough.

The mattres were not comfortable, the fridge was gunge,the wentillator lamp also was dirty, the window was dirty in the bedroom. The cupboard was dirty seems like and sandy and also floor
