Très propre, proche de la plage. L’agence de location très réactive.

Juste dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de transat au bord de cette magnifique piscine pour profiter un peu.

- The facilities were great! there is a whole other swimming pool area that is not shown in the pictures, which we actually liked more. The pools are big and even when there is plenty of people, it never feels too crowded. - The apartment was very very clean, and it had all possible kitchen and cleaning utensils to make yourself at home as if it was your own place. Everything in the kitchen was fully functional, and there was even a washing machine. - There are no chairs or tables in the pool areas, but there were two chairs available for use in the apartment, that was very useful. - There were also tennis rackets and balls available in the apartment, which allowed us to play tennis in the courts available in the facilities. Also there were other balls available (basket/voleyball) which we did not use, but I found this availability unexpected and really cool. - The internet connection was ok. Streaming Netflix and co over our own devices was possible without problems. - The beach Playa San Juan is within 5-10 mins walking distance, which is very nice, flat, sandy (no rocks at all!) and clean. It has a good infrastructure (showers, kiosks, restaurants, even beach voleyball courts). The area is a really nice one. - Going to Alicante's city center for sight-seeing is very easy, just take the Tram at the stop 200 mts away from the Building's entrance, and in 30 mins (approx.) you are in town. We were able to do some walking tours and visit the Santa Barbara Castle. We were able to move around easily without a car (we did not bring any).

- The children's room did not have air conditioning, so the kids needed to sleep in the sofa-bed of the living room, where there was air conditioning. They were disappointed because they wanted to sleep in the bunk-bed. - The wooden doors were a bit old, could use a renewal, but it was not a critical problem. - The TV did not have cable channels or and streaming service. Only local channels. - The pipelines of the toilet (W.C.) in the bathroom outside (not the one in the main room) were producing very loud and strange noises whenever the water was flushed down. It was a bit strange but we got used to it. It was only a bit scary the thought that the pipes could break at some point... - As the apartment is on the first floor, it was quite loud at times hearing the voices of people hanging out around the pool area until very late. There is no restriction to swim in the pool until late at night, only a recommendation to lower the voice after midnight. - However, none of this points were showstoppers for us. We had a great time there.

Ottimo appartamento confortevole e pulito. Vicino alla spiaggia e dotato di molti accessori per la cucina. Nella struttura è presente anche la piscina e l'area giochi per bambini. Di fronte al portone c'e la fermata del tram che porta in centro.
