Apartamento 200 m playa San Juan

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The apartment is top-notch, extremely well-equipped, and in a fantastic location near the beach. It was the perfect base for exploring Alicante, Benidorm, and the surrounding nature. ​Having a secure underground garage for our rental car was super convenient, and we loved using the pool (the 3–5 PM siesta break didn't bother us at all). ​A huge thank you to the host for being so welcoming and sharing excellent local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and ice cream. ​We would love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Está muy bien situado y a 10min andando a la playa. Javier muy atento y amable.

The flat is spacious and clean, we have got also a baby cot despite the host had to reshuffle the furniture. There is a swimming pool which should not be used during siesta. We really appreciated the location, very quiet with a couple of shops and restaurant nearby and just a few minutes walk from absolutely lovely beach. Also the tram to Alicante city is very close. The host was supportive despite he doesn´t speak too much English. I would recommend the place and will book it again when we go to Alicante.

There is a parking lot in the underground garage which is quite narrow and if you have a big car you need to be very cautious while parking. The kitchen equipment is a bit outdated.
