**Newly Renovated** Ground Floor Condo In Paradise

The condo was perfect.

The condo had everything we needed and was close to parks and beaches and eating places.

My spouse and I absolutely loved this condo and will definitely stay here again. The location is outstanding (close to just about everything in Kihei) and we found the condo to be beautiful, spotless, exceptionally quiet, and very well equipped. The entire condo is nicely updated with a fantastic kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, and a nice, comfortable bedroom. The A/C works great and kept the place cool any time we were "at home." The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed for meal prep, having the washer and dryer is always a plus, and the beach equipment (2 chairs, an umbrella, cooler, etc...) was in great condition. Being a ground floor location in the first building, the location is perfect - close to the parking lot, but far enough away to avoid noise, close to trash bins, and a very short walk across the street to the beach. Being on the back side of Building 1, we heard absolutely no traffic noise, even with the doors and windows open. Additionally, the TV is equipped with cable/DVD player, there is a bluetooth stereo system in the living room, and the wireless internet was fast and reliable. This is one of the best condos we've stayed in for our many trips to Maui and will now be our "go to" home away from home any time we visit. Excellent experience here!
