Sliding screen door to lanai is very sticky, needs maintenance. Flapper and commode needs some attention

It was open and spacious for a family with a 3 and 5 year old. The location was amazing, we could walk to the park, the beach, stores and restaurants in minutes. Beautiful views ! Had AC in the living room which was a bonus. It also had extra kids beach toys like a boogie board available.
