About this apartment rental
Ground floor, super clean unit in one of maui's favorite south kihei complexes. Across the street from the great kamaole beach park. Three tennis court, three pools and lots of barbecues for fun and entertaining. Big lanai for dining and extra room rolling out to the green grass and palm trees. You can simply walk to everything from here. Swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle board, surfing, wind-surfing, mopeds are all at your fingertips. You will love south kihei and how easy it is to get to other parts of the island. The south shore is where it's at!

Condo was perfect for us. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The lanai looks out onto the grass. Had a visit from a hen and her 9 little chicks. Beach was very close. Liked using one of the small pools available. Kitchen had everything except scissors. Could not find a broom anywhere. Other than that we had a great time.

Comfortable with needed amenities for a 2 month stay. A nice welcome package of Maui goodies. Comfortable couch and nice TV. A toaster oven I added was beneficial. The microwave is very small.

We stayed in Mark's condo for a month in the winter of 2018. This condo was very clean when we arrived. There was a welcome basket of local goodies when we moved in. We were moving from another condo to this one and Mark was kind enough to let us in early to put our food in the refrigerator. This condo has been updated and is in good shape for the most part. It is well supplied with kitchen needs. There are a few things that need attention. The bed is uncomfortable and should be replaced. We survived by buying a foam topper but that is a temporary fix. We have talked to the owner about this issue. The kitchen knife set has wooden handles and some of them are getting a bit loose.
There is a nice, large lanai with a table and four chairs. It is much larger than ones on the upper floors. When we had company, we tried to use the table but part of the frame's welding has let go. We managed to shim the glass top with two water bottle caps and got it so we could use it, but it needs fixed. Again, this has been brought to the owner's attention.
The location is excellent and the condo is perfect for two people. If the bed was replaced, we would definitely stay here again. It is a very good value for the money. Mahalo Mark for the use of your condo.
