Maui Vista #3-301 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit on the third floor with a partial ocean view. The complex sits right across the street from Charley Young Beach and a short walk from Maui-Kamaole Beach Park I. The unit features air-conditioning in the living room as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The bedroom provides a queen bed, and a ceiling fan and there is a walk in shower in the bathroom. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with cable as well as a sofa bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are provided for your trips to one of Maui's fabulous beaches. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Maui Vista is a lovely condo complex (not hotel) located across the street and literally a 3-minute walk from this unit to Charley Young Beach - voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beach #1. Kamaole Beaches #2, and #3 are just a little further down and one never needs to leave the shore to enjoy their miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.
The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site saltwater swimming pools, all pools are available to all guests. 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, with 3 newly striped pickleball courts, and gas grills for your use. Tennis and pickleball court reservations are made on up to three weeks in advance. Maui Vista is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, activities, and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

This is an amazing location with a lot of great opportunities within walking distance including beaches, restaurants, and ocean views. The property is very well kept in a secure place and has a bus stop close by if you want to explore the local area to take a break from driving. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo has just about everything you'd need, except AC in the bedroom, which is at the other end of the condo where the living room AC does not reach. With little airflow the bedroom easily becomes 5-10 degrees C warmer than the rest of the condo, very stuffy. If you dont mind the heat this condo has absolutely everything else you need. Management has little reminders all over the condo of things to do during your stay (turn off AC when gone, squeegee shower, turn off water for washing machine etc). There's beach toys for littles, which we greatly appreciated and havent seen at other rentals in the area. We would give this rental a 5 if it had the AC, we opted to rotate sleeping on the pullout with our daughter every other night to have a cooler sleep. The location is amazing and we've stayed at Maui vista before, we would return to the complex without a doubt, but would definitely aim for a unit that had an AC unit in the bedroom (which our unit in building one last yr did).

Just bring your swim trunks, flipflops and a small speaker to listen to Jimmy Buffet and watch the sunset. Wonderful complex, very well maintained inside and out. Quiet long term and short term guests. Not the obnoxious young party crowd that we were at that age. We always have to remember, "we were the people our parents warned us about". Enjoy your stay!

The furniture is basic and the couch cushions are heavily used. This condo is outdated and the bedroom is dark. The bedroom would be great if it had air conditioning. The bathroom was dirty with someone’s hair and I found an earring on the floor. The pickleball/tennis reservation app did not recognize our condo reservation. We were unable to contact the owner for questions prior to arrival and the management company said they would respond but did not. It sucks to be required to clean and also pay a cleaning fee. The location is great!
