Location was in very close proximity of everything we needed , facilities where what we expected and what we needed , services and cooperation with people in charge where appropriate , cleanliness within the property and outside were appropriate and well maintained , friendliness of all people that we meet was very pleasant , including of those working to provide us with the necessary information , assistance and services .

close to beach
when inside watching TV... it is on its last leg... probably should get new one . Also newer pillows probably needed

Location and view
Beach chairs were broken told we had to rent some but later got a call back that they were delivering 2 new ones. Refridgerator was dated 1997!!! Covered with rust on the outside, no handle to open it and had to turn it up to the highest to get it to stay cold. Pillows were flat and rock hard. Carpet needs to be cleaned or removed. Staples showing by kitchen and covered with a small rug that I kept tripping over. Needless to say, updating overdue.
