The view from the hotel and the facilities are incredibly modern and exceptional. The amenities they provided go above and beyond for a budget hotel at the countryside prefacture. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when I had trouble checking in. Would definitely stay here again if there's an opportunity.

The location of this hotel is brilliant. 15 minutes to Hirosaki Park, 5 minutes to the tourist strip and food and the 5-story pagoda outside our window and another 5-minute walk. The breakfast was sensational and catered to Western and traditional tastes. The 10th story Onsen with laundry is a must - free ice cream and Yocult after. There is an outdoor heated bath and a sauna. Bliss after a long day of cherry blossoms. Staff were exellent and managed our luggage forwarding for us.
The cost was pretty xy due to cherry blossoms and the room was very small by our standards but average by Japan standards.

Public onsen is excellent
Frontdesk service is terrible! Our request on taxi booking to station was not able to fullfill and suggest us to take bus on a snowy day😬Finally we have to solve out by our own way to find a taxi on the street.
