As of July, 2026, the hotel seemed brand new. Super clean, modern, and convenient location (you don’t need to walk out of the station). We enjoyed scenic bridge view from our room, access to the bath, and the lounge.

I loved my stay here! The location couldn’t be more convenient—literally next to the JR station, which made getting around a breeze. The lounge was a standout: free drinks and snacks, with refreshing shakes in the morning and alcoholic drinks during happy hour that made evenings feel special. The facilities were impressive for the price: four complimentary 30-minute yoga sessions each day, gym room, and a relaxing public onsen to unwind after sightseeing. Overall, a great value stay with thoughtful amenities and an unbeatable location.

Overall, it’s a nice hotel with a great location. It’s very convenient for travellers using public transport, as it’s close to the station and within walking distance to several popular attractions. However, it may not be the most ideal choice for those who drive. The parking is located inside a shopping mall, which can be quite inconvenient. The carpark spaces are small, making luggage offloading a bit challenging, and the walk from the carpark to the hotel is slightly far. We also had some difficulty finding the hotel lobby for check-in upon arrival. On top of that, the parking fees are quite expensive and do not allow multiple entries, which adds to the inconvenience. One of the highlights of the stay was the onsen. The ladies’ onsen features a unique apple bath, which was both relaxing and an interesting experience. For smokers, it can be inconvenient as the hotel does not have its own smoking area. Guests are required to use the mall’s designated smoking room, which closes at 8pm. After that, you’ll need to go outside and smoke in the cold, which is definitely a downside. Aside from the parking and smoking inconveniences, everything else was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay.
