Room is very spacious and well equipped. There is even a microwave oven. There is no public onsen but a big bathtub is available in our room. A private parking lot is available too.

Amazing little gem in Hirosaki! So happy we were able to book on such short notice. It’s in a great location, and you get your own car garage. Service was impeccable. The bed was not the softest but that’s ok!

We had the best stay ever at Hotel Zen! The room was beautiful and the service was immaculate. Breakfast was served to our room every morning, which made for a great start to our days. What made the biggest impact for us was definitely the warm and accommodating service of the staff, especially Wataru-san. He was always contactable and ready to support us. We didn't rent a car for this trip (something we will not be repeating), but Wataru-san would very kindly give us a ride to and from the hotel if he was available, which was really helpful and made our trip a lot more pleasant. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!
