Location
I booked room with twin beds which was very important for us as I was travelling with friend not a partner. We were given room with double bed. I asked for exchange showing clearly booking confirmation saying "three seperate beds". Receptionist took me to several empty rooms and finaly moved us to a room with three seperaret beds (like the one I booked) only to come back five minutes later to tell us that we have to move to original room as this one is booked for somebody else. I demandend extra bed and than was shown a strange reclining chair which was turned into a flat matrace on the floor. It was small, hard and extremly unfortable. I slept on this for three nights but I did not pay for the hard matrace on the floor. I will not come back and I do not recomend it to anybody as what you book on the booking does not gurantee you get what you booked.
