Simply amazing

Our stay was simply amazing. The hostess made an amazing breakfast, much more choice than the typical Italian breakfast. Very quiet location.

Internet is bad: WiFi reception is constantly interrupted, low reception if you have a connection to the router.

Beautilful, Relaxing!

Oh peaceful and beautiful! One of our faviourite places on our trip to Italy! It is up in the hills! We originally picked the location so we could make a day trip to the Saturnia Hot Springs. The springs were a great day! But, if I would have known where we were staying I definitely would have stayed longer! The rooms were nice and had AC and mosquito screens if you wanted the windows open. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. The views were breathtaking. A lot of areas to sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was very nice, accommodating and happy! I hope to have another opportunity to spend time there again!

Like a calm island nestled in the valleys of Tuscany — so beautiful!

It's a bit far from main roads but we wanted so! Amazing place with amazing views and 1km from Michelin restaurant in a small village. Great breakfast. We enjoyed every minute and wish to return one day. It's calm place in a picturesque countryside. Best for some rest! Also, a swimming pool is a big bonus when it's plus 30!

Room was clean but not very cosy. But who is in the room once the surroundings are that beautiful! All the rest is really very good - no fancy things, all natural and we liked it very much!

Gorgeous Tuscan Experience!

Wonderful property with well fitted rooms. This boutique place has wonderful views and is well located for access to nearby attractions like the hot springs of Saturnia.

They were short staffed and the kitchen wasn’t operational. We would have loved to have dinner at the property during our stay, but couldn’t get it.

Best place to stay for a relaxing time

Rooms are really nice and clean. The view from the accomodation is really beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is quite diversified and really good.

The place is located in a wonderful place, with an amazing view. The staff and hotel owner were very nice, it was a pleasure talking to them. Breakfast meal was rich and tasty. I also had dinner at their local restaurant, which was very good and with a reasonable price!!!

The room was basic, smaller than I expected, especially the bathroom. There are no window nets, so I went to sleep fearing mosquitoes bites... but I woke up safe 👌

I really enjoyed the view and the breakfast was very good. From the dining room you are looking at a beautiful view. The territory was so cozy and beautiful, a real Agriturismo.

The swimming pool was covered because it’s September and it’s not summer. And it was very ugly covered with water on the covering. This ruined all the view. Pools are not for swimming but for a nice view.

Awesome location with beautiful view, on top of a hill, close to Saturnia, very nice host, mega breakfast and dinner, great atmosphere.

The pool was closed for some reason and the WiFi signal was very weak, at least in our room, which was not that close to the reception.

Comfortable, value for money with an excellent breakfast and considerate host

The property is nestled in rolling hills with a rustic entry and ample parking. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small ensuite. The bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast was a delight, with a very large selection of hot and cold foods, both sweet and savoury. The breakfast was served in their restaurant overlooking the farming fields below and view were to the horizon. The location was only 15 minutes drive to the thermal springs at Saturna which we drove to at 6:30 am and found only around 20 people in attendance. we stayed an hour and then drove back for a shower and breakfast - perfect

There were some maintenance issues being dealt with by the owner who was apologetic and considerate that they may have impacted our stay.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and being able to get a cold beer on arrival after a long drive made us feel welcome. Prices for everything, the stay, drinks and a meal in the restaurant were all very reasonable. We particularly liked being able to make freshly squeezed fruit juice at breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool and surrounding area were a little tired and are in need of an upgrade. The air con in the room was also a bit dated. Coffee and tea in the room is also something we feel was missing. However, would I stay here again? Absolutely!

Perfect stay!!! Really quiet and beautiful place! Very nice personnel, one of the best stay during our 3-week trip to ITALY! Very comfortable beds and delicious food. We bought also home-made loval olive Oil and wine which are absolutely the Best!!! Perfect place to relax! Thank you!

You will need a car to get here! it’s in the countryside, small village

The wi-fi is weak maybe because it’s remote. Not much English speaking but my Italian is very limited as well. Otherwise staff are accommodating and nice.

Everything was really fantastic.. a nice room , good shower, nice furnishings, beautiful view, beautiful food! The staff had lovely energies and the whole place felt very relaxed end peaceful warm welcoming and inviting.. a really beautiful find after-our swim at the pools..., And even the rain didn't subtract from how lovely this place is!! Highly recommended

I only have one very small criticism: the loud radio/pop music in dining area .. . There could be a better choice of music, or even silence, to compliment the beautiful surroundings, the wonderful food and lovely energy of the staff.. the view really does take your breath away, and it and it is worthy of being able to drink in without any other stimulation!
