Great location, spacious room and a good bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Friendly staff. Good value for money with a basic breakfast . Don't expect full cooked breakfast , but cereal, fruit , yoghurts, eggs , toast .
Decor is a little tired, but didn't impact really.

Great location, large sea view room , large bed.
Dated , needs refurbishment asap.
Continental breakfast was disgusting, asda smart price yoghurt , cereal, bread and condiments.
