Hôtel Le Swann has become my home, my office, and my family in Paris.

Exceptional staff, who are warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Ideal location is ideal, and the rooms are comfortable and refined, with a calm, quiet sense of luxury. And the Spa is a must. And I liked the Espresso Martinis :-)

Pleasant stay

I found the staff to be very friendly, and the hotel is located in a safe area. The room was nicely decorated, and the location convenient, being close to several metro stations.

The room was quite small with limited privacy and no view of the outside. Travelling to most places in the city took around 20 mins. While the hotel itself was charming, I had expected a bit more from a 4 star property.

OK stay but disappointing that what is advertised as being available in each room (Air Con ).

Breakfast was nice

The air conditioning didnt work although it was advertised as having it. When complained to the staff 3 times we were eventusally told you cant cool down your room in winter as the whole hotel is set for heating only, Dining room was nice and cool when we had breakfast though. We were told to open our window if we were too hot, which we were, after opening the window it got too cold. During the night we werent going to get up and down to open and close the window and also listen to the road traffic. Air Conditioning is available to keep a room at a constant temperature which can be preset by the client. The fan didnt even work.

The staff were utterly exceptional. The keycards kept breaking for the lift and rooms and needed to be replaced but the staff worked tirelessly to assist us and others with this issue.

Expected something better!

Location

Not very clean, very small room, toilet is not appropriate at all- you can’t open toilet door if the bathroom door is shut, no space at all. Elevator is very old, takes ages to get to your floor. Breakfast is really bad. This hotel is not even a 3 start, however it’s ranked as a 4 star hotel?!

A perfect stay filled with unforgettable moments

A magnificent experience. From the very first moment, the reception staff were very attentive to every detail, always willing to help with anything. We got engaged during the trip, and they prepared a surprise for us in the room. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was very complete and offered great variety. The room with a balcony was spacious and had very beautiful views. They also change the towels every day and leave the room spotless, just like on the first day. Without a doubt, we will return.

The location was great. The room did the job. They are small esp when you book for 3 adults in one . They were clean and tidy and comfortable

Comfy place to stay

Great location in a relatively less busy area of Europe in Paris with Metro stops (Rome, Europe) and Bus stops nearby which give you access to all major attractions. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony for coffee and breakfast. Comfy beds.

Great hotel and nice staff but avoid the breakfast

Great location and nice rooms, on the smaller side but not an issue since we were out sightseeing most of the day. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was bad, we went to breakfast at 7am on our last day since we had a flight to catch that morning. The fried eggs and meat was all ice cold, it seems these are not freshly cooked in the morning, just placed on a hot plate whilst cold. The coffee was also bad.

Unique, friendly and personable hotel.

Staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Loved the Proust theme and it gives the whole hotel a boutique, unique theme. Def would stay here again when return to Paris.

A neighbourhood gem with a walkable location to everything you need!

Location was fantastic, the property was clean and the staff were very attentive! We didn't have the breakfast but from what we saw, there was a great range of items for every need.

We got the Superior Balcony Room thinking it would be a big space, however, the room was tight. The bathroom was small and not comfortable but having the balcony was definitely a plus as it opened up the room a bit!

A perfect stay in a lovely arrondisement

It is our third visit to this delightful bijou hotel in the heart of the 8em. Although the rooms are small they are well furnished and comfortable.

Lovely stay

Great location right near the metro and in a nice, safe area. Nice modern room. Looked like a nice breakfast area but didn't have breakfast.

No hair conditioner and never replenished the tea bags in three days. Just left herbal tea. Could have done with coffee sachets instead of using the Nespresso machine which didn't seem to work. I could have asked as the staff were lovely but you shouldn't have to in a four star hotel. Not a major problem though 😁. Also, the hairdryer was hard work 😂

Cute hotel with some improvements to be made

Very nice boutique hotel, nice amenities and location. Very good breakfast for a hotel with great variety. Gentlemen that were working in the morning were fantastic.

Our AC wasn’t working so we had to have front desk fix it in the middle of the night, also had a light over that bed that wouldn’t fully turn off and the only solution offered was for us to unscrew the lightbulb or be given sleep masks.

Dirty and rude staff

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy – there was dirty hair in the bathtub, a dirty closet, and stains everywhere. I asked for clean water glasses, and the staff member not only acted reluctant, but actually threw the glasses at me. This level of hygiene and disrespectful behavior is shocking and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you value cleanliness and basic courtesy.

The hotel is excellent value for Paris. Nice spacious rooms, great lobby, few minutes walk from transport, absolutely stellar staff and employees! Always good to be back.

some items needs deep cleaning and the bathrooms can do with a deep clean too. Everything is clean, but if you are too focused on details you may notice a thing or two that may bother you - it didn't bother me much.

It was stylish and not too far away from metro

Staff were ok, a bit rude at times, and didn't go above basic politeness. Rooms were very small, but expect that in paris. Bar was empty the whole weekend and not very welcoming. This is definitely not a family-friendly hotel.

The bathroomdoor was glass that was a bit awkward and the shower had no door so the bathroom got pretty wet. Also there tended to be some vinegar smell after the cleaning

Great location, close to metro and attractions. The staff were able to hold our luggage until we could check in at 3pm. The facilities were clean and tidy.

The pillows are hard and flat. It was more comfortable sleeping on the mattress without the pillows. I asked reception if we could swap them for some different ones but we’re told that they only have enough for each room.

The stay was a very pleasant experience! all the staff were very welcoming and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant.The room was clean and tidy, the hotel is in a great location and the view from the balcony is very nice and makes for great photographs.Thank you for the excellent service from the hotel, we will definitely be back!
