We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the staffs. We’ve had 4 different front desk staffs and they are all extremely helpful. One Asian male staff went out of his way to get us the bandits and the other male staff helped us to get the photo (in print) for our weekly navigo pass. We were in Paris during the heat wave (over 100F/40C) everyday. The hotel has powerful AC which saved our lives! 😂 The location of the hotel is also superb - we are less than 5 mins away from the metro and bus stations. The only complaint we have, which is specific to our case, was that they didn’t change our sheets frequently enough. We stayed for 8 days and didn’t get our sheets changed until we talked to the front desk on day 5/6.

The experience was quite positive overall. 10 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette and Opera. However, the room size felt a bit cramped for two persons. Overall, a good choice with decent amenities.

Good location. Rashid at front desk very good. EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY THE CLEANING STAFF CAME UP WITH A NEW REASON TO GO IN MY ROOM WHEN I WASN'T THERE. Told front desk women every day and it still happened. If you stay here and 'things' turn up missing, it is just sheer laziness to remedy a bad situation. DON'T.
